We come to your site and set up your processor and make the first batch with you! In addition to the standard DIY Kit, we deliver a 80 gallon water heater. A full set of directions is included. It only takes a few hours to assemble. Make your own fuel for as little as $0.70 per gallon! This kit produces 55 gallons of useable fuel in about three hours of processing time. Other processors sell for $3,000.00 and don't heat oil properly for winter processing.

A water heater is the best solution for a home processor for a lot of reasons. For starters they can be made fumeless. This means toxic and explosive methanol is controlled. Also, water heaters include a heating element and a thermostat. The best reason for me was insulation. Anyone who has tried to heat 30 gallons of oil to 150 degrees knows that without insulation this is not going to happen in the winter. Water heater processors are good for recovering excess methanol from a reaction. This cuts the cost per gallon even further.
